Listed below are the key steps in our Executive Coaching Package
- An initial meeting between the executive coach and the client to establish the objectives for the coaching process and to check whether or not there is a positive synergy between the executive and the coach.
- Regularly scheduled coaching meeting (usually 2 per month). These meetings will last about 55-60 minutes each, and can be conducted in person, via phone or Skype to better meet clients’ needs.
- Additional meetings with other individuals in the organization who can provide insights on the developmental needs of the executive being coached.
- Use of assessment tools that can provide relevant information for the coaching process. These may include assessments already completed by the executive, as well as other tools that can offer relevant current data,
